Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that it was received. As well as in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also include, if the return is approved or denied for a refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for credit/refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned nor refunded. Only regular priced merchandise may be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at capporaapparel@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend sending your return will a trackable service, this is to ensure that you are covered and we cannot refund returns that don’t reach us.
